Pesto Pasta
Serving size: 3-5 (for pesto)
Ingredients
Fettuccine
2 cups of fresh basil leaves (may need more)
1/4 cup Percuino cheese
1/3 cup olive oil (may need more)
1/4 cup pine nuts (optional)
pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
For Pasta
1. Boil water in a small pot
2. Add salt when the water starts to boil
3. Add Pasta
4. Remove from heat and strain after 10-12 minutes
For Pesto
1. Add basil, cheese, pine nuts, olive oil, salt, pepper to food processor
2. Process until the consistency you want
*If too thick, add more oil
*If too think add more basil
3. Mix in with pasta and enjoy!
