Pancakes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of white sugar
1 1/4 cups of nonfat milk
2 egg whites
2 tbsp butter, melted
Any topping
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt
2. Make a well in the dry mix and add egg, butter, and milk
3. Mix until well combined
4. Spray olive oil cooking spray on a skillet on medium high heat
5. Pour the pancake batter to the size you want (about 1 inch for mini)
6. Add chocolate chips, blueberries, banana, etc to each pancake
7. Flip once solid and golden brown on one side
8. Serve and enjoy!
