Egg White Omelette

Ingredients
2 cups of egg whites
Any vegetables (I choose the following)
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
Any meat (I didn't choose any)
Any cheese
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Spray a medium sauce pan with olive oil cooking spray and put on medium high heat
2. Pour 3/4 of egg whites into the saucepan (make sure it doesn't go higher than 1/2 inch)
3. Once the bottom has turned white, add HALF the veggies, meat, and cheese.
4. Once most of the eggs are cooked (no longer liquid), fold the omelette in half
5. Add more egg on the side and add the rest of the ingredients
6. Flip the cooked side over
7. Once both sides are golden brown, slide off the saucepan and serve!
